Today marks a meaningful milestone in the story of ttcInnovations—and in my personal journey.
As of this morning, I have officially transitioned from CEO to Chair. After 24 years of leading this company, I step into this new role with deep gratitude, reflection, and excitement for what lies ahead.
When I founded ttcInnovations in 2001, there was no blueprint—just a belief in people, a passion for learning, and a willingness to take the leap. What began as a one-woman consulting business in my basement has grown into a purpose-driven organization supporting Fortune 500 clients. And through it all, one truth has remained constant: learning transforms people, and people transform organizations.
The heart of this company has never been about titles or achievements—it’s been about the people. To our team, our clients, and our partners: thank you. You have shown up with courage, creativity, and heart. You’ve built something real, meaningful, and lasting.
To our clients, thank you for the trust and collaboration. Walking alongside you has been an honor.
To our team, you are the foundation and the future. You’ve carried the vision and turned it into impact.
A Future in Caring Hands
As I pass the baton, I do so with complete confidence. I’m thrilled to announce our new CEO: Dana Janssen.
Dana has been with ttcInnovations for over two decades, most recently as our Chief Human Resources Officer. She has shaped our culture, strengthened our operations, and exemplified what it means to lead with empathy and purpose.
She is not only ready for this role—she is the right person to lead us forward.
Dana’s leadership is thoughtful, inclusive, and bold. She honors where we’ve been while guiding us toward what’s next. As Chair, I look forward to supporting her and our co-owners as we continue to grow together.
This Isn’t Goodbye
This isn’t a farewell, it’s a celebration. A celebration of what we’ve built, the challenges we’ve overcome, and the dreams we’ve pursued.
I’ll still be here—just in a different seat—cheering, supporting, and believing in this company’s purpose and people.
Because I’ve always believed: companies don’t change the world. People do.
And the people of ttcInnovations? You are some of the most talented, dedicated, and generous individuals I’ve ever known.
Thank you for the journey, the trust, and the heart.
This next chapter is going to be something truly special.
With endless gratitude,
Debbie Wooldridge
