This privacy policy exists to ensure any person involved with DW Training and Development, Inc dba ttcInnovations (“ttcInnovations”) and Dashe, LLC (collectively, “the company”) understands and has visibility into how the company gathers, stores, and uses their information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Where there is a discrepancy between this policy and applicable privacy laws, the company will comply with applicable privacy laws.

All information collected by the company is collected to help us provide the best client, customer, consultant, and employee experience as possible, to ensure seamless business operations, and that the Company is compliant with all contractual and legal obligations. Collected information will be stored electronically on secure, third party, cloud-based servers, in accordance with ttcInnovations and Dashe, LLC Information Security Program Policy. Where information has been collected in paper form, it will be transferred to electronic storage, or stored in secure, physical filing systems.  Access to information is given sparingly, and only by necessity to achieve the previously mentioned purposes, by ttcInnovations and Dashe, LLC employees, consultants, or third-party services. These parties will only use information for the purposes stated above. Third party services are used to execute above-stated purposes including (but not limited to), collecting, and distributing payments, email communication, analytics, and processing information. These services individually maintain compliance with data protection laws. ttcInnovations and Dashe, LLC stores information only as long as it is required and in accordance with the law and other legal requirements.

The ttcInnovations and Dashe, LLC website may include links to other websites or may provide social media buttons, permitting sharing web content directly to a social media platform, such as Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, and YouTube. Individual Rights
