When Ecolab Inc. launched its One Institutional Initiative, sales associates were suddenly expected to sell across more than 1,100 products and multiple business segments.

But with product information scattered across departments and systems, teams lacked a single source of truth. Associates spent valuable time searching for details instead of engaging customers leading to delays, inconsistent messaging, and lost opportunities. Ecolab needed a way to make its vast product catalog accessible, searchable, and actionable for every associate in the field.

To solve this, ttcInnovations partnered with Ecolab to bring simplicity and confidence to their sales force.

Together, we designed the Product Tool—a searchable, centralized platform that allowed associates to instantly find and compare products by brand, category, or use case. With intuitive filters and smart search, Ecolab’s sales teams could now identify the right solution for each customer—right at the moment of conversation.

To ensure lasting adoption, ttcInnovations also built a Serious Game to provide hands-on learning across five major product sectors, giving sales associates the opportunity to apply their knowledge through real-world practice. The result? Product knowledge transformed from static information into field-ready confidence.
