Client Challenge

Grant Thornton partnered with us to transform the learning experience for their National Leadership Conference. Traditionally held as an in-person, multi-day event, this annual gathering required significant travel and investment. Seeking a more modern, scalable, and cost-effective approach, they turned to us to reimagine their leadership development strategy.

A Smarter, More Engaging Approach

To seamlessly transition to this innovative learning model, we partnered closely with Grant Thornton’s Learning & Development team and key business leaders to design a dynamic, self-paced program that set the stage for a more impactful in-person experience. This engaging pre-work led up to a reimagined six-hour regional gathering, where leaders came together to reinforce and practice what they learned in their pre-work (eLearning and self-paced activities) in a highly interactive setting.

To drive excitement and ensure smooth adoption, we launched a compelling marketing campaign featuring eye-catching custom graphics, strategic pre-launch communications, vibrant posters, and an engaging trailer video. At the heart of this transformation was the creation of the Learning to Thrive portal—a central hub designed to inspire, connect, and empower leaders on their journey to growth.

Grant Thornton’s Learning to Thrive campaign redefined corporate learning, seamlessly integrating the new LMS, Degreed, and transforming employee development. By shifting from traditional conferences to a hybrid model with eLearning, video training, and localized gatherings, we enhanced engagement while cutting travel costs and downtime.
