We Have the A’s to Your Q’s

Yes! We partner with registered businesses with any of the following structures: Corporations, LLC’s, and LLC’s with S Corp or C Corp tax classification.

We do not provide contractors with equipment or software licenses. However, we provide services to some clients who require access behind their firewall; in that case, the client will provide the required access or equipment.

We have two business models:

One – Project Team, our signature model. We curate a project team of ttcInnovations consultants to design and develop custom learning solutions. Within this model, you work as part of a collective and collaborate with other learning leaders.

Two –Innovators on Demand®, which is our staff augmentation model. We place qualified resources (like you!) into temporary roles where you’ll have the opportunity to consult and work on a variety of projects “in-house.” This is an ideal path if you’re seeking autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to see projects through from start to finish. Knowing the contract duration and end date allows for capacity planning for personal/professional engagements at your own discretion. If you’re interested in pursuing Innovators on Demand® opportunities, please let us know in your application.

What may be identical for both models:

Variety – You’ll enjoy the ability to consult with a variety of clients that align with your expertise and interests.

Acumen and skills enhancement – Consulting with a variety of clients and projects will build the capability and scope of your skills.

Flexibility – You’ll have the ability to select contract length and type that adequately matches your work requirements.

Suitable scheduling – Staff augmentation can often offer contract duration in a variety of hours and lengths, with some for desirable, extended periods of time: 40 hours/week for 6 months, etc.

Selection of workspace – Remote opportunities are plentiful, including home office, co-working space, mobile, or remote client space.

For our project-based consulting (custom learning solutions), contracts are provided based on deliverables. Innovators on Demand® are typically billed hourly.

While the majority of our project-based consulting work can be accomplished virtually. Occasionally our Innovators on Demand® opportunities work onsite with our client.

Our volume of work depends on our current client needs. While we do not guarantee any specific volume of work, we do our best to provide opportunities that align to your availability and experience.
