It’s been so fun introducing you to our leading ladies these past few months. To jog your memory, so far, we’ve talked with Teresa and Dana. Today, I’m excited to introduce you to my fellow golden retriever lover, Heels fan, and resource queen — Lesley Lang. With a background in project management and a serious savvy for financial institutions — this momma of two is unstoppable! She’s a beauty and a brain who can solve puzzles in her sleep! Sit down with Lesley and discover why we absolutely adore working alongside this calm, cool, and collected gal.
Lesley, in honor of #TBT, take us back a bit — how did you come to work with ttcInnovations and how has your role transformed over the years into what it is now?
I worked for a client of ttcInnovations (then Technically Training), and that is how I met the gang! I then left my position with my employer to take a break after the birth of my second child. When I was ready to re-enter the workforce about a year later, I wanted a flexible part-time position. I came on board as a Project Manager and served in that position for several years before it transformed into a Process Improvement Leader and now, Resource Management Lead.
Work aside, tell us more about you, your family, and what you like to do in your free time.
At this stage in my life, our weekends and free time are very much dictated by two active girls (ages 12 and 15) and their activities, which I love for this phase of my life since I know it will pass by quickly! When I have a free moment to myself, I grab a book and a glass of wine or cup of coffee and head outside.

What would you say you enjoy most about your job? What gets you jumping out of bed in the morning?
I love being able to work with our resources to find the best match for our client needs. It’s like putting a puzzle together, so it’s satisfying when it clicks together! It requires a lot of organization of information, so my role as Project Manager prepared me well for managing the overall forecasting and fulfillment of resources to make sure our client needs are not only met, but exceeded with the best possible match. There is never a dull moment!
Serious question now, coffee or tea and how do you take it?
I do like tea, but hands down I am mainly a coffee drinker. I do not like my coffee sweet…only a little bit of unflavored cream please!
