In case you didn’t know, there are a handful of Innovators who have been with us since ttcInnovations’ inception (almost 20 years ago!) or nearly that long. Jenny is one of those longtime Innovators, and she recently joined our Innovators on Demand™ team to offer her expertise as a project manager. Jenny carries a high energy and attention to detail that keeps the whole team organized and on time with each project. We hope you enjoy getting to know her!
How long have you been an Innovator?
I became an Innovator in 2005 and often am referred to as a “lifer”!
Where are you from?
I was born in Merriam, Kansas and have lived in various suburbs of the Kansas City area most of my life — minus living in Lawrence, KS while I went to KU, transferring for a work assignment in Philadelphia, and staying in Guadalajara, Mexico for a summer to study at a university there.
What does your typical morning routine look like?
I love to start my day early with yoga at a studio full of strong and empowering women. It sets a positive and centered tone for the day that helps me handle any curveballs work or life in general throw my way.
What is your role? What roles can you fill as an Innovator on Demand™?
My role is project manager, but I have also doubled as a learning consultant in previous Innovator on Demand assignments.

What do you enjoy most about your role?
I love being able to make sense and order out of a lot of fast-moving parts to ensure projects are successful, all while tackling new challenges alongside our client counterparts and ttc team of Innovators.
What 3 items are always at your desk?
A giant bottle of water, a pad of paper for notes, and a fun colored pen.
When you aren’t busy working, what do you enjoy doing?
Being silly with my family, watching my youngest daughter in her musicals, walking in nature, and reading a book or watching a TV show that you just can’t put down or turn away from.
Where do you find inspiration that motivates you in your work?
I am a self-help book and podcast junkie. I am always looking to improve and grow.
What’s one of your favorite inspirational quotes?
“Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of human freedoms – to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.” — Viktor E. Frankl
