With the recent launch of our staff augmentation division, Innovators on Demand™, we have been striving the past year to encourage innovation and advance our employees’ careers, knowledge, and performance. We’ve also implemented the ttcAcademy, which is a companywide learning resource. This was originally dreamed up and put together by our HR team as an onboarding tool, but shortly after conception it was clear how helpful it would be to all employees and contractors alike.
